On July 6, 2017, a round table was organized at "Petru Poni" Institute of Macromolecular Chemistry, where the conference "Bio-aerogels based on pectin: structure, properties and applications" was presented by Ph.D. student Sophie Groult from the Centre de Mise en Forme des Materiaux (CEMEF), MINES ParisTech, Sophia Antipolis, France.
